Thonberg , Hlinowc in Upper Sorbian ^{? / i} , is a district of the town of Kamenz in the Saxon district of Bautzen . It is part of the official Sorbian settlement area in Upper Lusatia . The district of Thonberg is located southeast of Kamenz on the S 100 . The Thonberger Forest extends to the east .

history

On January 1, 1974, Thonberg was incorporated into Kamenz. Thonberg was never an independent community. Before it was incorporated into Kamenz, it belonged to Wiesa , Prietitz and Nebelschütz .
