Schwosdorf is a district of the town of Kamenz in the Saxon district of Bautzen . The place is west of the core city of Kamenz. The S 100 runs north and the S 105 south.

history

Schwosdorf was first mentioned in a document in 1225 and was initially a Vorwerk of Pulsnitz and later of Brauna.

On January 1, 2019, Schwosdorf was incorporated into Kamenz. Before being incorporated into Kamenz, it belonged to the municipality of Brauna from January 1, 1972, and then to Schönteichen from March 1, 1994 .
