Tim Dunigan

Timothy P. Dunigan (born August 2, 1955 in St. Louis , Missouri ) is an American actor .

Life

Dunigan began his career in 1983 with a starring role in the series Mr. Smith alongside Stuart Margolin and Terri Garber . However, the series about a super -intelligent orangutan who works incognito as a political advisor in Washington, DC , was discontinued after thirteen episodes. That same year, he landed one of the lead roles in what would later become one of the most popular of the 1980s, The A-Team . However, his role of Templeton "Faceman" Peck was re-cast after the pilot with Dirk Benedict .

Dunigan starred in the following years guest roles on series such as A Colt just in case and Cheers . From 1987 to 1988 he played the title role in the science fiction series Captain Power .
