action

A wandering cowboy is offered US $ 50,000 to bring a Spanish princess back to her homeland. Once there, they find themselves caught between two gangs competing for a hidden treasure: the English and the Spanish fight Vikings. It turns out that only Princess Elisabeth knows where the treasure is. When the soldiers of the Spaniard Diego win the superiority, they take Elisabeth prisoner and torture the cowboy, who is only called "The Stranger".

With the help of a gypsy, the stranger can break into Diego's castle and duel with his weapons expert Sombra. Finally he destroys the fortress with guns and dynamite; he also discovers the treasure.

criticism

“Unfortunately (the film) turns out to be completely indigestible. The reason for this is primarily the criminal confusion of the script, which is completely unable to make all non-stoned viewers understand what is actually going on ”, believes Christian Keßler .

“Completely unsuccessful mixture of spaghetti westerns and fantasy films”, is also the verdict of the lexicon of international films .

Remarks

  • Exterior shots of the film were made in Almería .
  • The film remained unreleased in Italy.
