Tina Friday

Tina Freitag (* 1970 in Hamburg ) is a German film editor .

Life

Tina Freitag attended drama school for one year after graduating from high school. She then worked as an assistant editor for five years and has been a freelance editor since 1996. She is responsible for the editing of over 30 feature films.

In 2006, Freitag was nominated for the German TV Prize and the German Camera Prize for the episode The Carpet Layers' wife of the series Bella Block . In 2014 she was honored with the award of the German Academy for Television for the episode Murderous Heat of the Spreewald thriller.

Tina Freitag is a member of the German Film Academy and the Federal Association of Film Editing Editor eV (BFS) .
