Titti Maartmann (born September 27, 1920 - September 18, 2018 ) was a Norwegian luge athlete .

At the age of 15, Titti Maartmann won the gold medal at the European Luge Championships in Oslo in 1937 , ahead of her compatriots Liv Jensen and Helen Galtung . It was the only title win by a Norwegian female luge competitor at a major international event and at the same time Maartmann's only outstanding result in her career.
