Titular diocese of Sigus

Sigus ( Italian : Sigo ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .

It goes back to an ancient bishopric in Numidia , a historical landscape in North Africa , which was mostly in what is now Tunisia and Algeria . 46 BC . Made BC Julius Caesar Numidia to the province which was later merged with the province of Africa Vetus to the province of Africa Nova Proconsularis Africa.
