Tomáš Kriško (born December 19, 1988 in Liptovský Mikuláš ) is a Slovak volleyball player .

Career

Kriško initially played ice hockey . He started his volleyball career at VKM Žilina after he was discovered at a school tournament. In 2008 he moved to VKP Bratislava . With the club he became Slovak champion in 2009. On July 10, 2009, the attacker made his debut in the Slovak national team in the Europa League game against Austria . In 2011 he won the championship again with Bratislava. In 2012, the club joined Spartak Myjava and was renamed Spartak VKP Myjava , with whom he finished third in the Slovakian extra league in the 2013/14 season.

With the national team he played in the third division of the volleyball world league in 2014 and 2015 . In 2015 he also achieved fifth place with Slovakia at the European Games in Baku . From 2014 to 2018 Kriško was active in the Czech league. With VK Dukla Liberec he won the national championship in 2015 and the double a year later. In 2017 he again took part in the World League. In 2018 he moved to the Argentine club Untref Vóley . In 2019 he was signed by the German Bundesliga club VfB Friedrichshafen .
