Tom Folsom

Tom Folsom (* 1974 in the USA ) is an American author of non-fiction and biographies and journalist .

Life

Folsom graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Journalism in 1996 and later attended lectures at New York University in New York City . Since 2009 three books have been published on American personalities, the last of which has also been translated into German by Dennis Hopper .

Folsom made a few documentaries in which he was both a writer, director and producer . These were screened at the Sundance Film Festival and broadcast on the commercial A&E Network and on the Showtime cable television network . Folsom has appeared on television shows such as the news satire The Daily Show and on Free Radio , on the US non-commercial radio station National Public Radio (NPR).

Folsom lives in Manhattan with his wife, author and journalist Lily Koppel .
