The Touyre is a river in France that runs in the Ariège department , in the Occitanie region . It rises in the Pyrenees , below the Col der Girabal , near the summit Pic de Saint-Barthélemy (2348 m), in the municipal area of Montferrier , generally drains to the northeast, goes around the Lac de Montbel to the west and flows 39 kilometers into the municipality of Lagarde as a left tributary into the Hers-Vif .
