Tracy Scoggins
Tracy Dawn Scoggins (born November 13, 1953 in Dickinson , Texas ) is an American actress , film producer and model .
life and career
Scoggins is the daughter of two lawyers who only became parents for the first and only time after twenty years of marriage. Her mother was a former tennis player , her father was also an athlete who was a boxer , runner and swimmer in his youth.
As a child, Scoggins also played sports, including gymnastics , and won numerous trophies in Texas. Even so, she was also concerned about her education. The Galveston newspaper even ran an article in 1956 about the youngest citizen to ever get a library card - three-year-old Tracy Scoggins.
After graduating from high school, Scoggins studied physical education and linguistics at Southwest Texas State University from the age of 16 . After graduation, Scoggins began working as a model in New York City to finance her acting education. In doing so, it became a model that could be seen on the catwalk all over the world, including Italy , France and Germany . Its dimensions 34B-23-34, according to the model card from 1980, were changed to 36C-24-36, data from 1990, due to an operation.
Scoggins began studying acting at the Herbert Berghoff Studio and the Wynn Hanmann Studio in 1980 and made his debut in an episode of the television series A Duke Seldom Comes Alone in 1981 .
In 1998 she had a leading role in the fifth season of the series Babylon 5 and then in its offshoot Crusade .
Scoggins has starred in three and guest stars in numerous other series.
At the same time, Scoggins is committed to social projects. She advocates the prevention of rape . In 1992 she moderated the video Rape is Not an Option (German: Rape is not a solution ).
