The Trieux is a river in France that runs in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises in the municipality of Marval , in the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park , generally drains in a westerly direction and flows into the Tardoire after 30 kilometers, near Le Trieux , in the municipality of Bussière-Badil , as a left tributary . On his way he crosses the Haute-Vienne and Dordogne departments . The upper course, in the municipality of Marval, is also known under the name Ruisseau de la Chautrandie , but is assigned to the Trieux river.
