Tropf alias Kaspar Wiens (born April 10, 1976 in Hamburg ) is a German hip-hop producer, studio and live mixer.

Tropf joined the formation of Samy Deluxe and DJ Dynamite in the late 1990s . In 1998, he put the demo tape of his group now is Dynamite Deluxe called, the foundation for the establishment of the independent labels Eimsbush for which he and several to its insolvency tracks for Eimsbush tapes that style league series and Team Eimsbush produced. His bedroom in the basement apartment "Eimsbush Basement", which he shared with Samy Deluxe and Tim Beam, Eimsbush's label boss, served as a studio, rehearsal room and meeting place.

The album “ Deluxe Soundsystem ” by his formation Dynamite Deluxe, released in 2000, is considered a milestone in German-speaking rap music. The album achieved gold status in Germany. Tropf was a member of the Mongo Clikke , which consisted of Hamburg rappers, producers, graffiti artists and friends. In addition to his work for Dynamite Deluxe , he achieved a hit with Das Bo with “Türlich, Türlich (certainly Dicker)”.

After the breakup of Dynamite Deluxe , Tropf continued to produce for Samy Deluxe, u. a. the album Samy Deluxe , and mixed the live sound for him and the beginners . In addition to numerous remixes and productions (see discography) for various artists, he founded the electro project La Boom with Jan Delay , in which they produce music that goes beyond the rules of rap music. He made the live sound for Jan Delays reggae project with the Sam Ragga Band and mixed the number 1 record “Blast Action Heroes” from the beginners and the subsequent solo project from Denyo in his “La Boom Studio” . He produced “ Deluxe Records - Let's Go! “And was responsible for the sound of the tour of the same name. Most recently, alongside Matthias Arfmann , he produced and mixed Jan Delay's new album Mercedes-Dance and made the live sound for his backing band Jan Delay & Disko No.1. On January 25th, 2008 the second Dynamite Deluxe album TNT , the single Dynamit! on January 11th, 2008. In February 2008 he was with Dynamite Deluxe on the TNT tour through Germany.
