The flag of the fictional Tropico

Tropico 6 is a political and economic simulation as well as a game from the German developer Limbic Entertainment and the sixth part of the Tropico series. The game was released by Kalypso Media in 2019 . As the first game in the series, it is based on Unreal Engine 4 and was developed by the German team Limbic Entertainment. The campaign consists of 15 missions over four time periods. The wonders of the world are also new.

Editions

In addition to the basic game, the game was released in the "El Prez Edition", which also contains four postcards, two tourist outfits, an exclusive palace design, the digital soundtrack and a digital calendar.

history

Tropico 6 was first announced in June 2017 at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) and released on March 29, 2019. The game was announced for the Nintendo Switch on March 30, 2020 .
