Tryggelev Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Langeland in the Great Belt in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Langelands Sønder Herred in what was then Svendborg Amt , then to Sydlangeland Municipality in Fyns Amt , which was merged into Langeland Municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

The parish has 334 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020). The church “Tryggelev Kirke” is located in the parish.

Neighboring communities are in the northwest Humble Sogn , in the northeast Fodslette Sogn and in the south Magleby Sogn .
