Hou Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Langeland in the Great Belt in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Langelands Nørre Herred in what was then Svendborg Amt , then to Tranekær Municipality in Fyns Amt , which was merged into Langeland Municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .
535 inhabitants live in the parish, 446 of them in the parish of Lohals (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the Hou Kirke.
