Tschudel ( Ukrainian and Russian Чудель ; Polish Czudel ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast Rivne with about 3000 inhabitants (2006).
The village, first mentioned in writing in 1577, was almost completely burned down during the German-Soviet War .
Tschudel counts administratively to the rural community Wyry ( Вирівської об'єднаної територіальної громади Wyriwskoji objednanoji terytorialnoji hromady ) in the center of Sarny Raion and was previously the administrative center of the same name, 77.625 km² District Municipality to the still villages Dubnjaky ( Дубняки , ⊙ ) with about 70 inhabitants and Zariwja ( Зарів'я , ⊙ ) with about 250 inhabitants belonged.
The village is located in the Polish Lowlands ( Поліська низовина ), part of the Ukrainian shield at an altitude of 153 m on the marshy bank of the Slutsch , a 451 km long tributary of the Horyn . The village is located 20 km west of the Wyry community center , 15 km southeast of the Sarny district center and about 100 km north of the Rivne Oblast center .
