Tzipora "Tzipi" obziler , Hebrew ציפי אובזילר(Born April 19, 1973 in Tel Aviv ), is a former Israeli tennis player .

Career

Tzipi Obziler, who began tennis at the age of ten, served two years in the Israel Defense Forces and attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk , Virginia . She played in the German Bundesliga for the TC Blau-Weiss Berlin in 2005 and 2006 .

She was four times in the second round of the individual competition at Grand Slam tournaments . From 1994 to 2009 she was part of the Israeli Fed Cup team ; in her 90 Fed Cup games she achieved 51 wins. In 2008 she competed for her country in singles and doubles at the Olympic Games.

She won 14 single and double titles at ITF tournaments. On the other hand, she was not granted a tournament victory on the WTA Tour . She played her last match on the ladies tour in May 2009 in Warsaw.
