UPS Porsche Junior Team
The UPS-Porsche-Junior-Team is a German automobile sports team . It was founded in 1997 by Porsche and main sponsor United Parcel Service to promote young talent. In 2006 the team was handed over to Manthey Racing . Olaf Manthey has been the team leader since then .

The UPS-Porsche-Junior-Team takes on the role of the junior department in the Porsche works team and serves as a talent factory in the sports car sector . Young talents in automobile sport are prepared for the profession of professional racing driver through cooperation with experienced engineers and close ties to Porsche. In addition to driver training, the training program also includes technology lessons, media training and sports medicine support. The apprenticeship period is a maximum of three years. The pilots then usually become Porsche works drivers.
The team's drivers take part in the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany and also make some guest starts in the Porsche Supercup .
