The banker Burton owns almost all of the mines in the area, which he achieved with the help of Martinez's gang. Only old Thomas Livingstone has an unyielding attitude towards him. When Livingstone dies, his young friend Johnny is charged with murder by Burton. But he can count on the help of the disappointed lover of Burton, Lupe, who wants to expose all bad deeds.
