The banker Burton owns almost all of the mines in the area, which he achieved with the help of Martinez's gang. Only old Thomas Livingstone has an unyielding attitude towards him. When Livingstone dies, his young friend Johnny is charged with murder by Burton. But he can count on the help of the disappointed lover of Burton, Lupe, who wants to expose all bad deeds. Johnny and Lupe team up and hunt down the criminals.

The western consists only of the familiar set pieces in plot and staff. The director cannot produce an effective result from this.
