A rock band from South Tyrol founded in 2004 is inviolable .

history

Inviolable was founded in Brixen in September 2004 by five friends Joachim Bergmeister, Florian Wieser, Thomas Conrater, Mathias Speranza and Christian Heiss and has been with the same line-up ever since. The members come from the Brixen and Sterzing area .

From the beginning it was the aim of the band to write their own authentic songs. The band itself describes their music as punk rock. Her mostly autobiographical texts are about friendship, love, social criticism, freedom and everyday situations in life. As a teenager, a few years before the band was founded, the singer Joggl was the drummer of the right-wing rock band Kaiserjäger , which is why it was important for inviolable to distance itself clearly from political extremism from the start.

In the summer of 2006, the debut album Untouchbar - Never like you! Was released in the studio of Asphalt Records near Torgau (Saxony) . recorded and released on Razorwire Records. In 2007 a split CD / LP with Gerbenok from Weißenfels was recorded and released on KB-Records (Saarland) under the title Oi! knocks best published. In 2009 the album Rebellion, recorded by Alexander Lysjakow in the Soundart Recording Studio Roßlau (Saxony-Anhalt) and in the Newport Studios in Bruneck (South Tyrol) , was released on Bandworm Records .

In 2011 he switched to the Rookies and Kings label , where the album Schuldig was released in August 2011 . This reached number 33 in the German album charts. The first downloadable single, Keine Angst , has been available since December 14, 2012.

The fourth studio album Gegen die Stille was released on January 18, 2013 also on the Rookies and Kings label. The studio album Fluch & Segen was released on May 30, 2014 and reached number 13 in the German album charts.

As an anniversary album, the live best-of album 10 Years Rebellion was released in January 2015 , which immediately reached number 15 in the German album charts. In addition to the best songs from 10 years of inviolable, the album contains a DVD on which the band was accompanied to a concert for one day, as well as numerous interviews and reviews from the band and friends.

The album Hand auf Herz was released on January 15, 2016 and reached number 5 in Germany and for the first time number 10 in Austria.

On March 24, 2017, Live ins Herz was the first live DVD / BLU-RAY in the band's history. This landed at number 1 on the official music video charts in Germany.

The current album, Leben Lieben Leiden , which was released in January 2018, is the most successful album in the band's history and made it to number 2 in the official German album charts. It was also produced again by Alexander Lysjakow .

In August 2019, untouchable celebrated the band's 15th anniversary with a big jubilee concert at the "AGAINST SILENCE" festival on the sold out town square of Sterzing.

The band played and plays concerts in Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland. This includes appearances at festivals such as the AlpenFlair , the Baltic Open Air , the GOND , the Spreewaldrock Festival or the Ehrlich & Laut Festival.

Since 2011 there is the official supporter club Unantastbar United eV , which became a registered association in 2013 .

On March 5, 2020, untouchable released the single We are the voice . This is the first release from their upcoming album Wellenbrecher , which was announced at the same time and should be released on August 28, 2020.
