And finally it's Christmas! (Original title: Let It Snow ) is an American television film directed by Harvey Frost from 2013. The film was produced by Hallmark Entertainment for the Hallmark Channel Original Movies series.

action

Shortly before Christmas, Ted Beck asked his daughter Stephanie to inspect a newly acquired property. He had received the contract for the site with a rustic ski hut and wants to build a highly modern ski and leisure center here. Stephanie, who has been working successfully for her father in the company for several years, is on her way shortly before Christmas. The old "Snow Valley Lodge" is run by Karla and Paul Lewis. Assuming that their little hotel will continue to run as they and their guests have been used to for years, they decided with a heavy heart to sell them the family business and to retire.

Stephanie's entry into the Lewis' is that of being a sober business woman, which doesn't exactly make her popular. Brady Lewis, the son of Karla and Paul, has to show the spoiled “city plant” from Los Angeles the area where guests can ski and ice skate in winter, but can hike, fish or swim in peace in summer. Stephanie is new to this peace and seclusion and can not imagine that vacationers like it. But soon she succumbs to the magic of the place and the familiar atmosphere of the guests and the hotel operator. Christmas never meant much to her. Her mother died when she was six years old and her father threw himself into work and never had time for her. Now she and Brady are having the most beautiful Christmas they have ever had. Brady also learns to see things anew through Stephanie. He had taken too much for granted out of habit and had already lost the true feeling for Christmas. Thanks to Stephanie, he has now found it again.

Brady had always tried in vain to make it clear to his father that you have to move a little with the times, but such radical changes as Ted Beck is now planning are too much for him and it would break Paul Lewis' heart. Stephanie is also aware that it is wrong to destroy this beautiful place and with it the magic around Christmas. She tries to dissuade her father from his plan to build a new tourist hot spot there and in return offers him the modified adaptation according to Brady's ideas. Ted Beck is initially not very enthusiastic about not pushing through his will and the company's program this time. But the respectable occupancy of the small hotel and the small modernizations appeal to him. He puts Stephanie in charge of the new property and in the end even learns what Christmas really means.
