União das Freguesias de Soeira, Fresulfe e Mofreita , UF Soeira for short , Fresulfe e Mofreita is a municipality ( Freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Vinhais , in the Trás-os-Montes region .

The municipality has 224 inhabitants and an area of ​​46.67 km² (as of June 30, 2011).

It was created in the course of the administrative reorganization in Portugal 2013 on September 29, 2013 through the merger of the municipalities of Soeira , Fresulfe and Mofreita . Soeira became the seat of the new community.
