The União das Freguesias de Távora (Santa Maria e São Vicente) is a Portuguese municipality ( Portuguese Freguesia ) in the district ( Portuguese Concelho ) Arcos de Valdevez in northwestern Portugal .

history

The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform of September 29, 2013 by merging the former municipalities of Santa Maria de Távora and São Vicente de Távora . Santa Maria de Távora became the seat of the new administration.
