The Freguesia de Vila Real is a Portuguese municipality ( freguesia ) in the district ( concelho ) Vila Real in northern Portugal . It is the municipality of the city of Vila Real.

history

The municipality was created in the course of the territorial reform of September 29, 2013 by amalgamating the former municipalities Nossa Senhora da Conceição , São Pedro and São Dinis under the name União das Freguesias de Vila Real (Nossa Senhora da Conceição, São Pedro e São Dinis) . In 2015 the parish was renamed Freguesia de Vila Real .

The seat of the new administration is Vila Real .
