Unterrohrbach is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Rohrbach an der Gölsen in the Lilienfeld district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 106 building areas with 38,551 m² and 103 gardens on 61,409 m² in the cadastral community Unterrohrbach , in 1989/1990 there were 161 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 541 and in 2009/2010 there were 261 buildings on 555 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 86 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 2 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 71 hectares and 4 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 65 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 3 hectares. The average soil climate number of Unterrohrbach is 33.1 (as of 2010).
