Oberrohrbach is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Rohrbach an der Gölsen in the Lilienfeld district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 21 building areas with 15,225 m² and 33 gardens on 89,964 m² in the cadastral municipality of Oberrohrbach , in 1989/1990 there were 90 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 404 and in 2009/2010 there were 192 buildings on 421 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 180 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 202 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 133 hectares and 235 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 129 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 231 hectares. The average soil climate number of Oberrohrbach is 25.9 (as of 2010).
