Durlaß is a place and a cadastral municipality of the municipality Rohrbach an der Gölsen in the district of Lilienfeld in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 25 building areas with 13,014 m² and 30 gardens on 127,680 m² in the cadastral municipality Durlaß , in 1989/1990 there were 20 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 41 and in 2009/2010 there were 25 buildings on 41 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 187 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 121 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 162 hectares and 153 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 160 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 151 hectares. The average soil climate of Durlaß is 21.3 (as of 2010).
