Us & Them is an American comedy series. The specialty of the series is that it was never broadcast in the USA. Originally planned for the 2013-2014 midseason at Fox , the original episode order was reduced to seven episodes before it was announced that even these episodes would not be broadcast. The eventual first broadcast took place in South Africa on the M-Net pay station . The series was also available on several IP TV platforms in South Korea . The German pay broadcaster RTL Passion plans to include the series in its program from April 20, 2018. This means that the German-speaking area is only the third area in which the series is performed. Us & Them is based on the British series Gavin & Stacey , which was invented by James Corden and Ruth Jones and in which both were seen in supporting roles.

After a six-month online romance, Gavin, who lives in New York, and Stacey, who lives in Pennsylvania, decide to meet in person. Her crazy families and friends are constantly meddling in their budding relationship, which becomes more of a challenge than just living in different states.
