Kurt Fuller (*  16th September 1953 in San Francisco as Curtis Fuller ) is an American actor .

Kurt Fuller's better-known roles include Jack Hardemeyer in Ghostbusters II , Russell Finley in Wayne's World, and Sheriff's in Scary Movie . On television, Fuller can be seen more often as a guest actor in various series.
