The following year the band reached a contract with Necropolis Records . With this label they released the EP Threshold of the Usurper in 1997 . In the same year they made a tour of the USA with Dark Funeral . In 1996 Apocalyptic Warlord left the band and became the band through Dave "Hellstorm" Chiarella.

This was followed by an appearance at the Milwaukee Metal Festival and then recorded the album Skeletal Season . After the recordings followed appearances in Europe together with um with Enthroned and Hecate Enthroned . Skeletal Season was released in 1999. The publication was followed by a few isolated appearances. As a result, the band made a tour together with Cradle of Filth by North America and Canada .

The following year the band released Visions from the Gods , which contained additional bonus material in addition to the demo. In the same year the album Necronemesis was also released . The album featured Proscriptor from Absu and King Diamond . Carcass Chris joined the band as the new guitarist. In winter the band went on tour through Europe with Cradle of Filth.

In 2001 the band separated from their label and signed a contract with Earache Records . The label re-released Visions from the Gods and Necronemesis with a new layout and bonus songs. Then the band went on tour with Manowar . Then the band recorded the next album, with the work being interrupted by a fire in the building complex in which the rehearsal room was located. The album Twilight Dominion was produced by Neil Kernon ( Nevermore , Queensrÿche , Cannibal Corpse ).

Drummer Hellstorm left the band after the album was released in 2003. The release was followed by a tour of the USA with Enslaved and Enforsaken . Then came with singer Dan "Tyrantor" Lawson and drummer Warlord to the band. Then the band went to the Rax Tax Studios and again recorded the album Cryptobeast under the direction of Neil Kernon .

Instead, it sings about topics such as werewolves , monster folklore , alien invasions, ancient civilizations and battles, cryptozoological creatures, hauntings, prophecies, time travel and the paranormal .
