Vaillac , in Occitan Valhac , a former French commune with 102 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Lot department in the Occitania region . It belonged to the Arrondissement of Gourdon and the Canton of Causse et Bouriane .

With effect from January 1, 2016, Vaillac was merged with the municipalities of Beaumat , Fontanes-du-Causse , Saint-Sauveur-la-Vallée and Labastide-Murat to form the Commune nouvelle Cœur de Causse and has been a commune déléguée there ever since .
