The municipality Thira ( Greek Δήμος Θήρας Dimos Thiras ) was formed in the course of the Greek administrative reform in 2010 from the two municipal districts Thira and Ia of the Santorini archipelago. The administrative seat of the municipality is the town of Fira on the island of Santorini. Together with Anafi , Folegandros , Ios and Sikinos , the municipality forms the Thira regional district .
