At the Lunéville gauge , the average annual runoff of the Vezouze was calculated over a period of 42 years (1969–2010) as 6.55 m³ / s.

The highest water levels are measured between December and March. The flow rate reaches its peak in February at 12.4 m³ / s. From April onwards, the discharge drops noticeably month after month and reaches its lowest level in August with 2.13 m³ / s, after which it increases again from month to month.

The monthly mean discharge (MQ) of the Vezouze in m³ / s, measured at the hydrological station Lunéville.
