Victor Raider-Wexler

Victor Raider-Wexler (born December 31, 1943 in Toledo , Ohio ) is an American actor who has made a name for himself primarily through his involvement in various sitcoms . He is preferably used as the actor of a judge, doctor or lawyer. He played his biggest recurring role to date in the series King of Queens as Carries boss Mr. Kaplan and later Mr. Kaufman.
