Housekeeper Mary secretly feeds Benji. Also as Dr. Chapman soon learns of Benji, he forbids taking him into the house and does not let Cindy's tears soften him.
One day Benji meets a white dog lady he likes in the park and takes her to the Chapmans. Mary calls Benji's new friend Tiffany.
One day Linda, Henry and Riley break into the house where Benji lives to settle down with their gang of gangsters. Riley expresses himself skeptical, as he soon finds signs that the house is not uninhabited, but when Linda brings the gang leader Mitch with her, he agrees that the gang should settle here. In the meantime, Dr. Chapman called the police. Benji runs to the Chapmans' house to get help, but Mary doesn't understand him and sends him away. Thereupon Benji steals the note with the message from the kidnappers to lure the police to the abandoned house, but is stopped. When Benji tries to notify Officer Tuttle at the police station, he is accidentally detained, but released by a passing police officer.
Benji returns to the house and tries to steal the first draft with the kidnapping message. When Mitch tries to grab him, he is bitten by Tiffany and kicks him. Benji walks to the Chapmans' house again. There he finds Linda pretending to be a reporter and immediately putting the note in her handbag. Despite Linda's resistance, Benji manages to steal her handbag so that the police can read the note. Benji leads the police to the gang's hideout.
