Viktor Josef Fezer

Viktor Josef Fezer (born February 21, 1861 in Weil der Stadt , † February 25, 1927 in Stuttgart ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

After graduating from high school in Ehingen , Fezer studied criminal science from 1881 to 1885 at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen . From 1882 he was a member of the Catholic student union AV Guestfalia Tübingen . In 1880 he became a member of the KDStV Aenania Munich in the CV . In 1885 he passed the first and in 1886 the second higher service examination. From July to October 1886 he was secretarial administrator at the Catholic Church Council, then until December 1886 he was deputy bailiff at the Oberamt Künzelsau . In 1887 he became a deputy bailiff at the Gerabronn Oberamt and in the same year the Bailiff at Vaihingen . He was then from 1888 to 1893 bailiff at the Heilbronn Oberamt . From 1893 to 1896 he was a collegiate assistant in the government of the Danube District in Ulm , on the board of the Württemberg Invalidity and Old Age Insurance Institute and at the Central Office for Trade and Industry in Stuttgart. From 1896 to 1900 he was Oberamtmann of the Oberamt Gerabronn . In 1900 he became chairman of the Arbitration Court IV for workers' insurance in Ellwangen with the position of a collegiate council (government council). He then worked from 1904 to 1921 in the ministerial department for road and hydraulic engineering. In 1910 he became a senior councilor and in 1913 a real senior councilor. From 1921 to 1924 he was the district president of the Jagstkreis in Ellwangen . As a result of the dissolution of the circles, he was put into retirement.
