Because after a 1: 2 home defeat against the German runners-up FC Bayern Munich , in which they were not used, they could only win 1-0 in Munich. After all, it was her first assignment at European club level.
National team
Risa went through the Norwegian junior teams and took part with the U-17 team in the two qualifying rounds for the U-17 European Women's Football Championship in 2012 , but could not use the home advantage in the second round and were eliminated by a 4-0 defeat against France. With the U-19 team, she was then able to qualify for the U-19 European Women's Football Championship in Wales in 2013 . In this, however, after defeats against Germany and Finland and a win against Sweden they were eliminated as third . In 2014 the U-19 European Championship took place in their home country, so they didn't have to qualify. They then survived the group stage, but lost the semifinals against Spain 2-0.
She then played ten times with the U-23 team and came to her first international match on September 19, 2016 in the last qualifying match for the 2017 European Championship and the last match under Roger Finjord against Israel . She was substituted on in the 65th minute and scored six minutes later with her first international goal to make it 4-0 (final score 5-0). Two months later she was in the starting line-up in the friendly against Germany and played over 90 minutes. In between, she played one last time with the U-23 team. From June 2018 she was a regular player and was now used in all games, including the last four games in qualifying for the 2019 World Cup , in which she was substituted on. In the end, the Norwegians were group winners ahead of European champions Netherlands . She had her first tournament success in 2019 when she won the Algarve Cup . On May 2, she was nominated for the 2019 World Cup . At the World Cup, she was used in the five Norwegian games and was each in the starting line-up.
