Right: Villa Carl Hugo Haußhälters (1909) from the Oberlößnitz town hall . Opposite rental villa Hauptstrasse 62, behind it Villa Marie . In the mountains: Villa Wach

The two-story, today, together with fencing and garden under monument protection standing villa was established in December 1895 by the architect Carl Beetle designed and built in the 1896th Käfer chose a classic floor plan from the Semper Nicolai School with a central anteroom, a garden hall and the rear entrance. The building stands on a rubble stone base and has a flattened hipped roof on top .

In the five-axis main view, there is a three-storey risalit in the middle with an attic , which is crowned by newly refurbished small obelisks . In front of the risalit there is a two-storey polygonal basement with arched windows on the ground floor instead of the other rectangular windows. On the right side there is a veranda with half-columns and a flight of stairs to the park.

The former plastering was simplified in the 20th century. Part of the plaster structure has recently been added again. The Söller is structured by pilasters , some ground floor windows are framed by an aedicula .

The large, park-like garden is enclosed by a lancet fence between sandstone pillars, the garden to the villa is considered a monumental subsidiary .

Twenty years earlier, the Herbig house, a somewhat lavishly decorated building of this type of Dresden villa, had been built, which at the time was varied by several master builders in Niederlößnitz .
