history

In 1876, the Serkowitz master builder Moritz Ziller designed this single-family villa and built it at his own expense with his construction company, the Ziller brothers . It was sold in 1886.

The retired major general lived there in 1895. D. Baron Oswald von Coburg (1822–1904).

In 1904 the building was converted to two apartments, and the owner Wilhelm Reineck had the architect Paul Ziller add a staircase behind the entrance porch .

The musicologist and librarian Ewald Jammers lived there in 1937 when his son Antonius Jammers was born.

Also in 1937, the construction company Hörnig & Barth added a two-storey utility wing to the rear. In 1960 the plaster structure was simplified.
