The villa at Zillerstraße 3 is located in the Niederlößnitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built in the years 1874–76 by the Ziller brothers .

The two-storey, today under monument protection standing Villa is a stucco building with a knee wall and a flat, slate-roofed hipped roof , meanwhile, far überkragender eaves a Balkenkopf Fries is. In the street view from the eaves, there is a wide dormer in the middle of the roof. In the five-axis façade below is a terrace with a pillar and column-supported söller made of sandstone with a balustrade made of the same pillars with interposed balusters made of terracotta . The two central support columns in the Ionic style "each have a beautiful volute capital with leaf decoration and an interestingly structured base". The three middle windows on the upper floor are grouped together by five sandstone pilasters with decorated capitals and emphasized by three round arches as lunettes .

The two external windows on the upper floor have horizontal roofs and, like all the others, profiled sandstone walls . In addition, the windows have external valances for wooden blinds that are typical of their time . In Drempel are small, flat window.

In the right side view there is a “Zill-typical small entrance building with a round arch and keystone, showing a woman's head”. There is also a small flight of stairs . The rear farm building with a hipped roof has lower storey heights. It was rebuilt and expanded after 1990.

Due to the reduction of the smooth plaster structure, the original facade design with cornices , ashlar plaster and jamb painting was lost. Only the edges of the building are framed by corner pilaster strips.

The enclosure consists of simple wooden fence panels between smooth concrete pillars.
