Vincent Kiplagat Kiptoo

Vincent Kiplagat Kiptoo (born August 10, 1984 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner . For a short time he started under the name Faisal Bader Shebto for Qatar .

In 2007 he finished seventh in the Mumbai Marathon and third in the Ottawa Marathon . The following year he was third in Ottawa and third at the La Rochelle Marathon , and in 2009 he came seventh at the Rome Marathon .

As a Qatar competing under the name Faisal Bader Shebto , he finished second in the Istanbul Marathon in the fall .

After the change of name and nationality had been reversed, he finished sixth in the 2010 Houston Marathon with his personal best of 2:09:22 h and tenth in the Paris Marathon . At his second start in Istanbul he set a course record with 2:10:42.

In 2011 he finished fifth in the Hanover Marathon and defended his title in Istanbul. In 2012, he finished fourth in the Xiamen Marathon .
