Vorderer Roxheimer Altrhein Krumbeeräcker

The nature reserve Vorderer Roxheimer Altrhein-Krumbeeräcker is located in the Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis in Rhineland-Palatinate .
The 25.3 hectare area, which was placed under nature protection in 1988 , extends northeast of the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim along the south-east of the Silbersee. State road L 523 runs to the west .
The protection purpose is the preservation of a section of the Old Rhine with shallow water areas , bank areas with extensive stocks of reed beds and wet meadows with rare plant and animal species.
