The Waldbach , in the lower reaches of Trierbach , is a 3.4 km long orographically right tributary of the Gürzenich Bach in North Rhine-Westphalia , Germany . The stream flows completely in the urban area of Düren .

The Waldbach rises in the southeast of the Gürzenich Bundeswehr Depot at an altitude of 165 m above sea level. NN . From here the stream flows in a winding north-easterly direction. After about 2.4 km of the river, the forest stream of the same name, coming from the west, flows on the left . Below the mouth, the stream is called Trierbach. The stream reaches Gürzenich, flowing further in northeastern directions . After crossing under the Trierbachweg, the brook flows underground into the Gürzenich brook . The mouth is at an altitude of 135 m above sea level. NN . With a length of 3.4 km, the mean bed gradient is 8.8 ‰.
