The Lendersdorfer Mühlenteich is a mill ditch , an artificial tributary of the Rur , and flows through the Düren districts of Lendersdorf , Rölsdorf , Mariaweiler , Hoven and Merken in North Rhine-Westphalia . It is part of the mill ponds in the old district of Düren .

The area at the former Boisdorf mill with the associated turbine system is a listed building.

The mill pond has an ice channel and a turbine inlet at this point. The weir system still has an old wooden weir . The Francis shaft turbine from 1913 has a bell gear and wooden comb wheels . The bank reinforcement consists of brick masonry and peg weave .

The building is entered in the list of monuments of the city of Düren under No. 3/020.
