Walter Gotell

Walter Gotell (born March 15, 1924 in Bonn , † May 5, 1997 in London ) was a German - British actor who became known internationally for his supporting role as Soviet general Anatol Gogol in several James Bond films.

Career

He played the role of the Soviet general in the James Bond films six times. In addition to this role, Gotell played in the role of Morzeny in the 1963 James Bond film With Love from Moscow . Another well-known film in which he had a supporting role was John Huston's African Queen from 1951.

Furthermore, Walter Gotell was seen in the episodes GX1 (1987) and Gold Rush (1989) of the MacGyver series.
