Walter Raymond
Walter Raymond (born May 23, 1886 in Kammelwitz, Province of Silesia , † June 15, 1972 in Heidelberg ) was a German manager and economic functionary.
Walter Raymond studied mathematics and political science in Germany and England and was awarded a Dr. phil is doing his doctorate. From 1927 he was on the board of the Süddeutsche Kabelwerke Mannheim and from 1930 to 1959 on the board of the United German Metalworks in Frankfurt-Heddernheim , which he led with Franz Horster ( center ), a member of the Reichstag .
From January 28, 1949 to January 22, 1954, Walter Raymond was the employer’s president based in Cologne . The Walter Raymond Foundation was founded in 1959 by the Confederation of German Employers' Associations as a legally dependent institution.
