Weberstrasse 42 (Quedlinburg)
The house Weberstraße 42 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt in the area between Weberstrasse and Augustinern and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a manufactory in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The property consists of simply designed, elongated half-timbered houses that were built between 1825 and 1860. Initially the property served as the location of a cloth mill , later a cardboard box factory was located here . In addition to the farm buildings, there is also a residential building on the site, which is connected to the farm buildings by a wooden, covered bridge. The facade of the commercial buildings are unplastered. The house is also without plaster on its courtyard side.
In the courtyard there is a storage building from around 1700.
In 1748 Heinrich Salfeld was listed as taxable for the property. Salfeld sold the hitherto existing for the plot brewing right .
