The World Heritage in Iraq (as of 2019) includes six UNESCO World Heritage Sites , including five World Heritage Sites and one mixed cultural and natural heritage site. The Iraq acceded to the World Heritage Convention in 1974, the first World Heritage site was inscribed on the World Heritage List 1985th The last World Heritage Site in Iraq to date was registered in 2016, and three sites are on the Red List of World Heritage in Danger .
