Werner Wilhelm Carl Christian Glimm (born September 11, 1886 in Magdeburg , German Empire ; † unknown) was a German ice hockey player who was active at the Berlin ice-skating club between 1909 and 1922 and was German champion several times with it . with the German national team he won a total of five medals at European championships .

Career

Werner Glimm, also called Wilhelm Glimm in some sources, was a German ice hockey player who played for the Berlin ice skating club from at least 1909 . Between 1912 and 1914 he was German champion three times in a row and also took part in a large number of international tournaments. As the best German team, the Berlin club represented the German Reich at European championships in the 1910s . Glimm and his team won the silver medal in 1910 , 1911 and 1914 and the bronze medal in 1913. The result of the European Championship in 1912 was subsequently canceled.

In 1920 and 1921 he won two more championship titles with the Berlin SchC before ending his career in 1922.

Werner Glimm was the managing director of a company.
